"Our 1906 home is located in a nice urban neighborhood: an easy car, bike, or bus/lightrail ride to downtown (museums, outdoor walking mall, Rockies' Coors Field, shopping, etc.). We live a mile from the zoo, Denver Museum of Nature and Science and huge City Park. The mountains are less than an hour away, closest skiing is 1 hour away by car. We have 4 bedrooms and a double futon in the TV room/office and in the living room. The first floor of our house is wheelchair accessible (ramp into back door). Our home is not a designer home, but comfortable with ALL new appliances. We do have a dog and cat that will need food and water, if you don't mind. :) "
